Terms of service

The service

willowappt provides appointment scheduling and business management software on a subscription basis. We may update features, pricing, and functionality from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter contracts on behalf of your business.
• You may not share your account with others or resell access to the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use willowappt to:

• Store or process data you are not authorised to hold
• Attempt to access other customers' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service
• Introduce malware or conduct security attacks
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Pricing and billing

Your subscription price is locked in at the rate at signup. We will not increase your price without at least 3 months' written notice. New plans or features may be priced differently for new customers. Billing is monthly. You can cancel at any time — your account remains active until the end of the billing period.

Free trial

Your account begins with a free trial period as shown at signup. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial your account moves to the free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Trial periods are granted at our discretion and cannot be transferred.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into willowappt. We process it on your behalf as a data processor under UK GDPR. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising. On cancellation we will export your data on request and delete it within 90 days (financial records retained for 6 years as required by HMRC).

Uptime and support

We aim for high availability but do not offer a guaranteed SLA on the standard plan. We provide support by email at [email protected] during UK business hours. We aim to respond within one working day.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, willowappt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, following reasonable notice where practical. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
