What happens after my free trial?
Your account moves to the free plan — 1 staff member, core booking, unlimited appointments. Any modules or extra staff you added during the trial will pause. You can reactivate them at any time.
Can I add and remove modules at any time?
Yes. Modules are billed monthly. Activate or deactivate in your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Does pricing change for existing customers?
No. Your pricing is locked in at the rate you signed up at. We may introduce new pricing for new customers in the future, but we will never increase prices for existing accounts without at least 3 months' notice.
Is there a limit on appointments or clients?
No. All plans — including the free plan — have unlimited appointments and unlimited client records.
Do you take a commission on online bookings?
Never. Your online booking page is included at a flat monthly rate with no per-booking fee or commission.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Billing is monthly and you can cancel any time.
