willowappt started as a replacement for Salon Genius — the appointment software that thousands of UK salons have used for years. When we looked at what was available, we found a market full of either ancient desktop software, or modern apps that charge commission on every booking, hide features behind enterprise pricing, or simply weren't built with UK VAT and HMRC obligations in mind.
We built willowappt to be different. No commission on online bookings. No per-booking fees. Transparent flat-rate pricing. Full UK VAT support including the Flat Rate Scheme. GDPR tools that don't require a legal team to understand.

What you pay when you sign up is what you pay. We lock in your pricing when you start. If we ever change prices, existing customers are protected with at least 3 months' notice.
willowappt is hosted in Europe (Vercel London + Supabase Frankfurt) so your data never leaves the EU. We use Postgres with row-level security, meaning every query is scoped to your account — your data is physically separate from other businesses at the row level.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Auth is handled by Supabase Auth with secure, expiring tokens. All traffic is encrypted in transit.
